Monday Morning Memo for June 11, 2018

We sure like getting good feedback when we sell some equipment, but when we are just able to “help someone out” that sure means a lot too.

Late last week I received this e-mail from Dr. Glenn Beck, a longtime Wichita Falls dentist who has been a steady customer over the years, but as he retired, he needed timely help in clearing out all of his dental equipment so he could vacate his office.  He wrote in part:

Many thanks for taking the time to help me in our time of need. Your men were very prompt and professional. They were neat and efficient. I can’t say enough about your team.

Those men he was referring to include Steve Tinney, Chris Gonzales and Jacob Green who spent a couple of days loading up all of his equipment to bring back here and assess.  Thanks also to Blue Lowrance for working with Dr. Beck to get all of this going!

I know there were others who helped coordinate or helped in other ways.  It always takes a team effort, but it is very nice to see that we were able to meet our customer expectations.

Way to go!
