Personnel change – Customer Service

Wednesday, October 30, 2019 is Jacob’s last day with us.  We wish him well in his new job.

Taking over as Customer Service Administrator is Jenny Pearcy.  She is no stranger to this position, having started doing this work when she first joined us last year.

We have some broad goals of having the initial contact with our Customer Service department being a positive interaction, and working to greatly increase our 5 Star reviews.  As we develop how that works, we will update everyone.

Jenny will continue to fill a role in Sales, secondary to addressing our Customer Service demands.

Responsibility for Supplies will now be solely with Mandy.

Thank you all for helping to make this transition as smooth as possible.
