Team DP – we had our monthly staff meeting and KPI report on Thursday, April 23rd. Highlights:
- Production continues working on our extensive backlog of work
- A few dentists are ready for their new equipment so this week we started delivering again
- Sales activity continues to pick up, although slowly. Sales team is still splitting the week and furloughing every other day, and for now that is enough to respond to inbound calls and internet leads. We look forward to the volume increasing enough to get folks back in full-time
- We were glad to have Ruben back with us, as he was initially laid-off with many others on March 30, but our production work demands made his recall necessary. That is good news!
- As far as our March KPI’s, you can see from the scorecard that we met 3 of the 4 indicators, so the KPI bonus in the next payroll will be $75.00
