Checking on Proposal Progress

CHECKING PROPOSALS

1. If a doctor calls checking on equipment that was sold back to us, you will check the purchasing database
2. Go to http://purchasing.buydentalequipment.com
3. Login with your Dental Planet ID information
4. Search the proposition number under “Doc_ID”
5. The information on the transaction will pull up on the bottom of the screen
6. You can check the status, see dates and any notes on this screen
