Genesis Codes
To assist with tracking customer acquisition, we utilize Genesis Codes. These various codes help us monitor the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and other special programs.
To execute the process,
- As you begin a conversation with a new customer, open Sales Pad and go to the “User Fields” tab. Click on the Genesis Code arrow and view the list.
- Ask your customer how they heard about us and try and be as accurate as possible when choosing from the list.
- If a Warranty, Service or Return order is required, click on the code that says “Warranty / Service / Return”
