I am very excited to announce that we did have positive financial results for the 2nd quarter, and so the Bonus plan that we announced earlier this year will have our first payout!
I want to remind you that everyone’s bonus amount will vary and it is like your paycheck…it should be kept confidential. Your bonus amount is based the same percentage that your paycheck is of our total payroll for the quarter. If that sounds confusing, I understand. You can review how the bonus is calculated by clicking here, or simply ask as I come around this week, distributing a note to each of you that will include your bonus amount.
The other change that (by law) we needed to do was to include bonus plan payouts in taxable income, so the bonus will be added to your pay that will you will receive on July 27th.
