Odoo – Sales Process Tips

Covered in Sales Training on 4/25/19:

  • Once a “send message” has been sent within Odoo for leads, quotes and sales orders, and the customer replies to the message, you can respond to the customer via your email and it will update in Odoo.
  • Upholster colors need to be added to the comment section of the line item, not the add a note section.
  • Once a product as been added, you can click edit and move the product up or down on the quote or order,  for the placement of your liking.
  • When an order is still in quote status, you can click edit to remove or replace a product and it will stay in the same place on the quote once you put in the new part number.
