Organization and Cleanliness

DP Team –

We’re going to make a concerted effort to be more organized and clean in our day to day operations here at DuraPro Health.  With more organization and cleanliness comes more efficiency, with more efficiency comes potential profit and success, and that’s what we’re striving for every day.

 

I’ll be coming around to each area giving more detailed instructions, but here’s the overarching plan.

 

Front Office Personnel:

  • Clean and organize your cubicle area weekly. Throw away all trash and outdated vendor material.
  • Keep clean and organized the breakroom, conference room and restrooms.
  • Help pick up trash inside and out and around the front office, warehouse and yard while walking to and from.
  • Maintain and clean monthly the sales golf cart.

 

Back House Personnel:

  • Clean and organize all workstations weekly.
  • Keep clean and organized, breakroom and restrooms.
  • Help pick up any trash inside and out and around production area, warehouse and yard.
  • Help Koebel Bros throw away all old work benches and trash located in alley way.
  • Maintain and clean monthly the F250, Hino, Van, Fork Lifts and production golf cart.
