On November 29, 2018, Scott led training to inform the team about many of the products available through Zirc.
Zirc sells more than trays and racks. They sell many items to help organize trays and to make the dentists and hygienists jobs easier.
They sell the following items:

- Bur and Endo Holders
- Mirrors
- Isolation
- Evacuation
- Operatory products
- Dispensers and organizers
- Denture and retainer boxes
Instrument Management
Zirc sells bur/endo blocks, cassettes, tubs, tray and tray organizers and instrument ID tape and rings, all to help make it easier for the assistants and doctors to get the different procedure trays prepped. Prepping procedure trays in advance will save time money and be less stressful.
All previously listed products are available in 16 colors to make it easier to prep trays for specific procedures or doctor’s preference. They have three color groups, Vibrant, Jewel and Classic.
All the trays have a available clear tray cover to make storage and transporting of the trays safe and easy. Use of the tray cover also ensures compliance with OSHA and CDC regulations.
The cassette/instrument holders and bur/endo blocks are autoclavable up to 275 degrees. The tubs, trays and organizers are cleaned by a surface disinfectant or washer.
Isolation
Zirc has some really innovative isolation products.
Airway Armor
The Airway Armor provides aspiration and ingestion prevention. It is available in small/pediatric, medium and large. The ideal uses are: extractions, implants direct and indirect restorations, crowns, bridges orthodontics and pediatric procedures. Zirc offers a trial kit that includes all five each of all three sizes. This is a single use item.
MR Thirsty One Step
The Mr Thirsty One-Step is a hands free isolation device that retracts, isolates and evacuates. It connects to the HVE and is a one time use item. Zirc sells a one step trial kit that includes a small/pedo and medium adult. The Mr Thirsty is also sold in a Comfort kit that has light weight tubing and valve to reduce weight and increase patient comfort.
